This Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. Those individuals may not participate in JockStat.com.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from JockStat.com, it can be returned within ten (10) calendar days of the date of purchase, with the original receipt and original packaging. You must contact store@jockstat.com if you plan to return merchandise. JockStat.com will refund your purchase within ten (10) business days from when it is received. Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Definitions

By "JockStat.com" we mean the features and services we make available, including through (a) our website at www.JockStat.com.com and any other JockStat.com branded websites (including sub-domains and international versions); (b) our Platform; and (c) other media, devices or networks now existing or later developed.
By "us," "we" and "our" we mean JockStat.com, Inc. and/or its affiliates. By "Platform" we mean a set of services that enable applications, developers, operators or services to retrieve data from JockStat.com and provide data to us relating to JockStat.com users. We will generally try to notify you, but have no obligation to do so. You may also delete your account or disable your applications at any time.
We try to keep JockStat.com safe for users and computers, but you use the site at your own risk. We are providing the website, JockStat.com, "as is” without any warranties. We try our best to keep the site safe and secure, but do not guarantee that JockStat.com will be safe or secure. JockStat.com is not responsible for the actions or content of third parties, and you release to us (those involved with JockStat.com) including owners, officers, employees and agents, from any claims or damages whether unknown or known, and in connection with any claim against a third party.
